Louds story

Anotace: A story about hands... ehm ... prince!

Once upon a time ...

No, no! I'll make it other way.

I don't know exactly, when it was, but it was in a far away land (and I say it just, because I don't know, where it was).

There was a little kingdom and in the middle of that kingdom was a great castle, where a royal family was living. Well, it was more a noble palace than a castle, but it is usual in fairy tales to say CASTLE.

The castle had its normal order, but one day it has changed.

That day (and better say deep night) was everyone in the castle woken up by a terrible scream, even the king (and trust me, till that day, nothing was more noisy than kings snoring).

It was a new member of the royal family, who made that sound and King choose his name immidiately. And that happened, that the young prince was named Loud.

He was growing up so fast and he was so strong.

In his age of fifteen he fought a bear and that poor beast had lost three teeth during that horrible beating (and greenpeace wouldn't like it, if they would ever find out) and last time he was seen, by a dentist (that bear I mean).

So prince Loud was growing up so fast and I should say, that he grown up into a brave and handsome prince ... but I can't.

OK! To be honest he was brave, but I can't say just like that, that he was handsome. He was big, brave and actually stubborn (...) a lot.

So one day he came to his father in audience hall and he said:

"I will go travel around our kingdom, till I find a poor maid in danger to save."

The King was surprised and firstly he wanted to stop Loud, but than his wife Queen said:

"Go than and find a poor maid in danger. I know, you are as opinionated as your father the king. We all know, he is a dreamer sometimes." said she, while she was looking at prince.

King petrified in his chair, but Queen just look at him and smiled at him and King smiled at her and before he remembered himelf what happened, Queen has stood up to left.

King wanted to say something to prince, but ...

"Come my dear spouse!" called him Queen and King absolutely confused went.

Prince Loud shaked his hand with a smile on his face and he went to prapare his horse.

Oh he had a horse. Black, strong and beautiful horse. That kind which could brake a gate with his hooves or pull pile of trees at once.

So he did as he said and travelled all around the kingdom and one day, he entered a scary deep forest. And after a while, he saw a light through the dark trees. He carefully led his horse closer to the light and than he found out.

It was a house fully made of gingerbread. And he said to his horse:

"Look at it Hansel!" ...

Oh! Wait! Wrong story.

(...)

OK! I have it.

It was a tavern in a small village called Pound Springs. He did not expect it in the middle of that forest, but he faithfully tied his horse next to the taverns door and stepped inside.

He was welcomed greatly and friendly by all the fellas there and of course also by the young and beautiful girl, who helped there.

He was drinking and singing and ... speaking ... and speaking ... and speaking ...

Oh, sorry!

And that girl heard it and she got a plan. When she finished her work and everyone went to sleep, the girl went home knowing, that the next day, she has to wake up early.

And as she said to herself, she woke up before the hancock and early in the morning, when the stars was still shining, she went into the forest.

She walked about ten minutes, when she came to a black lake surrounded by milky white fog.

That stupid girl forgot, that prince was drinking a lot and he will probably wake up for lunch, so she had to wait more than five hours, when she finally heard sound of hooves of a horse.

And she started to cry (it was not so hard, you know: she slept just few hours, scary forest, cold lake and the fog).

Prince was next to her in a minute.

He gave her his coat to warm her and with his deep voice he asked her what happened.

"A terrible witch has cursed me, to cry by this lake for hundred years." cried she on his shoulder.

"And where could I find that witch and kill her to save you, my lady?"

Without any word she pointed between the trees and she didn't know, what to do. She forgot, that she has to have a witch.

Unfortunatelly for her, she pointed right the way to house of one witch.

Prince took up his sword and fearlessly stepped into the forest. His horse followed him into dark, without any fear, as his master did.

They could walk about half an hour, when they saw a light between the trees and than they found out. It was house fully made of ginger ...

Damn! Again!

..., when they came in front of a small and friendly looking house.

Prince was looking for a moment on the door, waiting if the witch will attack him, but nothing happened.

He ran against the door prepare to kick them out, when they opened and he ran inside and stopped himself by the wall at the second side of that house (He was stubborn a lot but in that speed?)

It took a while, before he woke up and he was lying in the bed, with piece of wet cloth on his forhead and looking into eyes of the most beautiful girl he ever saw.

He fell in love immidiately and he began to talk with her.

He found out, that she is a witch, but she is that kind of good witch and she never hurt to anyone. It took maybe two hours, untill he remembered, why he tried to break her doors (you know speaking with a beautiful girl, it could make us forget).

When the witch (her name was Alvia) heard it, she immidiately took few things, helped prince to stand up and told him to lead her.

He helped her to sit on his horse and he sat behind her. (that made him feel a bit better).

They were by the young girl in few minutes and Alvia saw her and with a friendly smile, she took a small vial.

"This could help you. These are magic drops, that will brake your curse some way." she said.

The girl was a little bit scared, but she said to herself, what could happen. She drunk it and she changed into a white dove.

Prince Loud was surprised and asked Alvia, what happened.

"I actually can't brake a spell, which could make her suffer for hundred years, but I can make it a little bit better. You know, she doesn't have to cry by this lake. She can fly for hundred years." Prince smiled at this answer.

"I really want to know, how to fly." he told her and she smiled.

The prince returned to the castle and said to his father, that he probably found a woman, he wanted to marry. King was little bit surprised, when Loud said it is a witch, but Queen told him to invite her.

The kingdom was shocked, that prince want to marry a witch, but when she stepped into the castle and smiled at everyone, even king was stucked on the floor and with open mouth, he was looking at her.

Alvia lived there for about a month, when prince gave to her a gold ring and asked her to marry him (I should say, that she said yes and she was so happy and she cried, but she was shocked and she slaped him in the face. Hmmm... Ok, than she said:)

"Yes."

There was a big wedding in the castle and florets of roses were falling on their heads.

And that happened, that they lived happily ever after ...

Until a big and bad dragon came and burned that kingdom to the ground, but that is another story ...
