Waking up early

I’m kissing the cheek

of my heart

and other organs

that got so tired

It seems that when

progress and change

are so rapid

we really need to soothe

both our body and our soul

And should I forget

to show my eyes

fingers or my skin

that I love them

there might be extra costs

to pay tomorrow or a few days after

So I rather remember

to cherish each cell

I have in my body

especially my brain

who dances again

at the edge of a trough
